Static Reports

Due to the hilarious amount of computation these simple reports take, preliminary
versions were run in MS Access and subsequently cleaned up in Word before
being turned into pdfs.

Hence, all statistics listed here will have a date listed (on the pdf) to indicate the date
it was compiled.

Reports

AE Summary - Faculty These stats apply to all article requests submitted by one of the four faculty statuses
which entered the AE queues. Time Period: Nov. 2001 (inception) to present.
AE Summary - Non-Faculty These stats apply to all article requests submitted by all non-faculty users
which entered the AE queues. Time Period: Nov. 2001 (inception) to present.
AE Patrons' Statuses - ALL This report shows the number and type of patrons whose requests have passed
through each of the AE queues since inception.
AE Patrons' Depts - ALL This report shows the number and department of patrons whose requests have
passed through each of the AE queues since inception.
AE Patrons' Depts x Statuses (Excel) This is an Excel table showing the the number of AE patrons in each department by status.
Pubmed/Medline citations by Dept and Status This report lists the totals of all requests which cited Pubmed or Medline
grouped first by Dept and then by Status.
Pubmed/Medline citations by Status and Dept This report lists the totals of all requests which cited Pubmed or Medline
grouped first by Status and then by Dept.

Please note: The Non-Faculty report contains an entry for Engineering. Though it is not true for all of the other
listings, all requests under this heading are from Grad Students. I will continue to post pdfs here as I finish
compiling all of the necessary data.
Biology and Gest are not listed in either of these reports; I will run separate stats for them.
