This will print a single loan label form for a request.

Please read and follow all of the directions below, both before and after you print.

Before Printing: (in Internet Explorer)

1. Go to the File Menu and select 'Page Setup'
2. Click on the 'Printer' button in the bottom right
3. Verify that 'Xerox Phaser 5400 PS' is selected from the drop down box and click Properties
4. Change Paper size to 'Postscript Custom Page Size' - This will bring up another window
5. Enter a width of 4.00 inches and a height of 20.00 inches (make sure unit is inch) and click OK.
6. Select 'MBF' from the Paper Source drop down box.
7. Verify that the orientation is listed as Portrait and click OK
8. Click OK in the Page Setup Screen
9. In the Final screen, set the left margin to 0.3 and all of the rest to 0.2
10. Click Ok
11. Now you can type the TN you wish to print below.
12. When the screen appears, simply click the print button on top and the document will print

After Printing:

If more need to be printed, then continue to use this page to generate more. When you are finally done:

Close Internet Explorer - This will reset your settings to the defaults
